Construction of a 60k sf Design-Build welding and advanced manufacturing training facility.

The project consisted of structural steel construction, complex mechanical systems, process piping, gas storage building, welding & manufacturing labs, offices, and classrooms.

The scope of work also included all associated site work and a 916 kW solar array. Slater & Son managed the complete design-build team. GMP cost contract value 18M.
