The Paragon Outlet Mall was a fairly large structural concrete project, with our portion of work totaling over 500,000 sq. ft. of concrete slab on grade with exterior concrete tilt up walls.
The design of this site used different types of form liners in order to cast various architectural effects in the exterior wall panels.
Lap siding, board/batten siding, and trim patterned form liners were coordinated with the metal framing, doors, and storefront glazing. Pre-construction by Slater & Son included the coordination of exterior wall panels with the structural steel roof structure and architectural exterior features.
