Phillip Nichols has over 20 years of experience in structural and site concrete, in addition to expansive knowledge of all aspects of wood framing. He also has experience in heavy equipment training and welding. When he is not directing the field crew or acting as assistant superintendent, he spends his time hunting and fishing.
