Patrick Farmer

Project Manager

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, and has spent time volunteering his time planning and building two duplexes for the Salvation Army as part of the university’s Blitz Build initiative. While attending college, Patrick participated in national competitions focused on Design-Build contracts and best practices. Some of his past construction industry experience includes an internship with a commercial contractor in the Bay Area where he focused on scheduling software and schedule analysis. Certifications: Patrick is a Designated Design-Build Associate (DBIA).
