Being Cottonwood Fire Department’s first new building in over 100 years, this 10,117 SF brand new facility included a three engine drive through apparatus bay, controls radio room, living quarters for onsite officers, day room, light commercial kitchen, and a training room. It also included a space for a sheriff substation.
