Designed as an economical investment property, the lower cost for construction enabled the owners of Hegan Lane Business Park to maximize the lease per square foot value. Each of the 38 suites is 1,500 sq. ft. in size, and includes an attached office space, shop, and unisex restroom. The masonry exterior walls offer a high degree of durability and low maintenance cost. The design also allows the client to remove the separating partition walls between units to easily allow for larger spaces if necessary.
