Tennant improvement of 5,903sf of the existing 48,814sf community college building. Work included creating two private staff offices, one classroom and a diesel engine shop. The diesel engine shop contains lifts, compressed air, water, and electrical hose reels along with an exhaust extraction system that you would see in a more advanced car dealers service shop. The project also included utilities in order to charge electric and hybrid vehicles. The project also included an advanced HVAC system that has cooling which is not typical in many shops and industrial applications where motors producing exhaust are being used.
