Tehama Library

  • Red Bluff, CA
  • Public Works

We were tasked with repurposing the 15,800 sq ft Red Bluff Daily News building into a new, state-of-the-art library. The project included all the amenities that come standard in a modern building like telecommunications, data, security, and lighting controls systems.

In addition, we included high-end finishes like carpet tiles and reclaimed wood surfaces. The exterior of the building was also remodeled, to include glass curtain walls that could open the building to take advantage of the natural light, and create a final product that has the look of a brand-new, ground-up building. We were proud to include with cost savings, and the environmentally conscious elements.
